Neil Forrester the principal has 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from finance, and marketing to General Manager of 4-star properties. Most recently Neil was General Manager of the Antigua Hotels & Tourist Association (AHTA) and played a key role regionally within the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA) where he was President of the Caribbean Society of Hotel Association Executives (CSHAE), a member of the Executive Committee of CHTA and a trustee of the CHTA Education Foundation.
 

Neil started his career in Finance with Hilton International and EuroDisney in France before moving over to operational management with InterContinental Hotels in Africa. He moved to the Caribbean 20 years ago to manage a three-star beachfront property in Antigua. During the last few years, he has provided small properties with financial assistance and marketing, especially online.
