Neil Forrester the principal has over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry ranging from finance, marketing to General Manager of 4 star properties. Most recently Neil was General Manager of the Antigua Hotels & Tourist Association (AHTA) and played an important role regionally within the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA) where he was President of the Caribbean Society of Hotel Association Executives (CSHAE), a member of the Executive Committee of CHTA and a trustee of the CHTA Education Foundation.
Neil started his career in Finance with Hilton International and EuroDisney in France before moving over to operational management with InterContinental Hotels in Africa. He moved to the Caribbean 15 years ago to manage a three star beach front property in Antigua. During the last few years he has provided small properties with financial assistance and marketing, especially online.

Neil Forrester
Founder and Principal
Born and raised in the UK, Neil Forrester graduated from the University of Aston in Birmingham with a Bsc Combined Honours in Business Administration and French. A University internship introduced him to the hospitality industry with Hilton International in Paris and has now been in this industry for nearly 35 years. After a debut in finance which led him from Hilton International to the luxury 5 star Hotel Le Bristol in Paris, to the opening of the EuroDisney Resort in 1992 and then on to Gabon in Central Africa with InterContinental Hotels where he was able to transition to the position of General Manager. After periods in the Ivory Coast, Ghana and then Texas, Neil arrived in Antigua in 2001 as General Manager of the Rex Halcyon Cove. In 2005 he took up the position of General Manager of the Antigua Hotels and Tourist Association where he stayed for 12 years. At a regional level Neil was President of the Caribbean Society of Hotel Association Executives (CSHAE), a member of the Executive Committee of the Caribbean Hotels and Tourism Association (CHTA) and member of the board of trustees of the CHTA Education Foundation.
